Re-Added: Update to utilize the new -out parameter added to thrift compiler patch (THRIFT-1069)
Also added caution to README.

Reverting commit supporting thrift 1.7.x, the main line should be clean until 1.7.x is offically released.

This reverts commit fe80dbd6.

This fixes a bug when the class files get stale.

These patches were originally applied to the maven protocol buffers plugin (0.1.7).

Also removed call to forceDeleteOnExit() as it was only causing confusion.

This shortens the generated paths based on the location of the m2 repository.
Prints any thirft errors to stderr.
Moves the dependencies that are unpacked as part of the build to the target directory.
