These patches were originally applied to the maven protocol buffers plugin (0.1.7).

Also removed call to forceDeleteOnExit() as it was only causing confusion.

This shortens the generated paths based on the location of the m2 repository.

Moves the dependencies that are unpacked as part of the build to the target directory.

Updated to run the thrift compiler for each thrift file instead of processing them all in a single execution.

This is because thift can only handle one file at a time.
